I am proud to say that I am an Arvada, Colorado native. I have two wonderful children, and we enjoy spending our time with family and friends. Prior to getting my real estate licenses, I worked for over 15 years as a legal secretary. I currently hold an active Colorado Broker's License and an inactive Texas Salesperson's License. I believe in furthering that education and have done so by earning the GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) and SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) designations. I am currently working towards the requirements for earning the MRE (Master of Real Estate) designation, and thus far, have completed the courses: Clauses for Winners, How to Be a Good Transaction Broker, Advanced Contracts, Procuring Cause Guidelines, Foreclosures, and Harnessing the Power: Skills Based Performance Management. I am currently a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors, and the Jefferson County Association of Realtors. I proudly offer to you my personal attention, professionalism, integrity, organizational skills, time management skills, and my commitment to making your home sale/purchase as stress-free as possible. GRI designation, what does it mean: The Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made a commitment to providing a superior level of professional services by earning the GRI designation. REALTORS® with the GRI designation are highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and protect their clients. The GRI designation is obtained by attending a specific, intensive series of a minimum of 90 hours of classroom instruction, covering subjects in contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance and risk reduction. GRI courses are taught by leading real estate professionals from around the country. SRS designation, what does it mean: Seller Representative Specialist is the premiere seller agency designation, conferred by the SRS Council, recognizing real estate professionals who have completed special education in seller representation. This course focuses on improving professional business skills in representing and counseling seller clients. Topics include agency relationships, contractual expectations, office policies, legal and code ramifications and disclosures, processing transactions, staging, marketing venues, co-brokering, offers/counteroffers, negotiation, inspections, and following the pending transaction to closing. MRE designation, what does it mean: The Master of Real Estate designation is awarded through the Colorado Association of REALTORS® Education Services. The MRE program is designed to provide advanced training beyond the GRI designation. Applicants are taught critical skills of the real estate business and fully explore education in current real estate topics and issues. The MRE designation signifies a broker dedicated to professional development.
